DESCON CHOSEN FOR BEING A MAIN CONTRACTOR FOR PHU QUOC PULL MAN RESORT
After a time effort in implementing re-structure, adjust and develop vision, determine company development strategy in the most effective, transparent, sincere, and safety ways, and also thanks to the fully support from clients, investors, bankers, sub-contractors, and suppliers, Industry Construction Corporation – Descon day by day proves our strong will in rent less effort, perseverance to overcome all up coming difficulties and challenges.
The most specific result shows the maturity of Descon is being chosen by Milton Joint Stock Company as a main contractor for Phu Quoc Pullman Resort.
In the morning of December 6th, 2016, Descon joint Groundbreaking Ceremony held by Milton JSC as an honor guest and also main contractor.
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony also has representatives from sponsor BIDV – Bank for investment and development of Vietnam, operator and hotel manager Accor Hotel Corporation, Architecture Consulting Sdesign, B+H Architects Vietnam.
Present early before the ceremony started, representatives of Descon and Milton have a chance to discuss about the co-purpose of the project.
The design of the project is planned by Sdesign, including one main hotel designed in colonial style, besides that are bungalow, restaurants, minibar designed in many different architectural style but still ensure the harmonization.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Scott Hutchinson – Managing Director represent for Descon expresses that it is our honor to be chosen as a main contractor for Phu Quoc Pullman Resort. The construction items are structure; construct the foundation and the body started from December 6th 2016.
Boldly apply advanced construction techniques and modern machinery which is suitable with technical requirements, Descon is proving its right strategic step in shorten construction time but still ensure high HSE.
Descon hopes that the investor and supervising consultant will continue supporting, facilitating us so that the project can be completed on schedule.
The ceremony held successfully with many momentous repertoires, which is seen as a good sign for the successful project.
